Mentor
To earn the Mentor Badge, a student must complete 50% of a semester.
Responsibilities & Access:
Help other students with practice and revision
Assist in conducting tests when the Instructor is absent
Access to Muslimeen Academy Anki documents (Viewer only)
Instructor
To earn the Instructor Badge, a student must complete an entire semester.
Responsibilities & Access:
Conduct tests and assessments for students
Occasionally take classes when the Ustad is unavailable
Access to Muslimeen Academy Anki documents (Viewer & Editor)
Ustad
To earn the Ustad Badge, a member must teach a full course to students.
Responsibilities & Access:
Official teacher of Muslimeen Academy
Take live classes, tests, and examinations
Participate in student outreach through social media and other platforms
Access to Anki documents as Viewer & Editor
Authorized to assign marks and approve certificates
Faculty Lead
Each course has two Faculty Leads:
One for Men
One for Women
Eligibility Requirements:
Must be an Ustad for that course
Must conduct live classes with camera open or record the full course
For women, appearing on camera is not mandatory
Responsibilities & Privileges:
Team leader of all Ustads for the course
Make academic decisions, updates, and curriculum changes
Moderator of the official Muslimeen Academy Facebook Group
Full access to all course resources and tools
Faculty Leads ensure vision, leadership, and long-term quality.
